{"id":2814,"date":"2025-11-11T11:56:01","date_gmt":"2025-11-11T10:56:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fidamc.es\/?p=2814"},"modified":"2026-01-29T12:24:18","modified_gmt":"2026-01-29T11:24:18","slug":"fidamc-en-advanced-manufacturing-madrid-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fidamc.es\/en\/fidamc-en-advanced-manufacturing-madrid-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Fidamc at Advanced Manufacturing Madrid 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"[et_pb_section fb_built=\u00bb1&#8243; _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb][et_pb_column type=\u00bb4_4&#8243; _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb hover_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243; global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On 5 and 6 November, Fidamc attended the 2025 edition of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.advancedmanufacturingmadrid.com\/es\/\">Advanced Manufacturing Madrid<\/a>, held in halls 8 and 10 of IFEMA Madrid, a leading forum in the field of advanced industry, materials and mobility.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The fair closed with excellent results: more than 640 exhibitors, over 13,000 professionals and more than 52,000 commercial interactions recorded over the two days.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This environment was the perfect setting for Fidamc to present some of its latest developments in the design and manufacture of composite structures, share experiences with partners and explore new opportunities for collaboration to build the future of mobility.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At our stand, we had the opportunity to show how Fidamc is working on the design and manufacture of advanced composite structures, aimed at light, efficient and sustainable mobility. High-level discussions were held with various players in the industrial ecosystem: suppliers, R&amp;D centres, system integrators and manufacturers. During the fair, opportunities arose for collaboration on mobility projects, the application of new rapid curing processes for epoxy resins, and design optimisation for series production.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Our participation in round tables<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We also had the opportunity to participate in two round tables. Our colleague Patricia Tabar\u00e9s Fern\u00e1ndez took part in the round table organised by the Ellas Vuelan Alto initiative in Pavilion 10, entitled 'Women driving innovation in composite materials'.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It was an inspiring conversation in which leading women in the field of composite materials shared their experience and vision on leadership, innovation and talent. The importance of generating synergies within the ecosystem was highlighted, as well as the inspirational role for young women who want to start their careers in this exciting world of composite materials.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Patricia contributed her vision of how innovation in composite materials\u2014and their integration into mobility applications\u2014depends not only on technology, but also on talent, a collaborative culture and openness to new ways of working.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For his part, <a href=\"https:\/\/fidamc.es\/en\/fidamc-diversificacion-tecnologica-con-vision-de-futuro\/\">Juan Carlos Southwood Carrasco<\/a> participated in the round table organised by AEMAC (Spanish Association of Composite Materials) within the \u2018Composites Agora\u2019 forum: 'Latest developments in rapid curing technology for composite materials with epoxy resins'.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this session, Juan Carlos moderated a debate on the technical challenges and opportunities presented by the rapid curing of epoxy resins in composite structures, a key aspect for competitiveness, process efficiency and scalability to series production.
