Fidamc actively participated in Industry Live 2025, held at IFEMA MADRID on June 18 and 19. This event was consolidated as a key meeting point for industry professionals, where innovation and technology were the main protagonists. At our stand in Hall 8, attendees showed, above all, a great interest in knowing in detail the Advanced Manufacturing Center (CFA) and its capabilities to boost the future of the sector.

In this sense, the talk "Advanced Manufacturing Center: applied innovation. The role of the CFA in the new industrial era"given by Francisco Javier Romalde, Head of Operations of the CFA (Cadiz), generated an interesting dialogue on how this initiative integrates disruptive technologies, specialized talent and public-private collaboration. Javier highlighted the potential of the CFA to accelerate the transition towards a more agile, sustainable and competitive industry, positioning itself as an essential element within the national technological ecosystem.

Aeronautical technologies for the future

In addition to the CFA arousing great interest, Fidamc played a leading role in the round table “Aeronautical Technologies for the Future”, organized by the Spanish Aerospace Platform (PAE). In it, our CEO, Ernesto González, shared his vision on the challenges and opportunities of the sector. Ernesto stressed that"we are at a unique moment, comparable to the aerospace revolution of the late 1960s, when the space race and commercial aviation transformed the way we move”.

In his speech, he also stressed that “the next decade will change the way we move through the air, and all of this will require the development of new technologies capable of responding to challenges such as decarbonization and urban air mobility”.

Another key point of his presentation was the need for a collaborative approach and shared technology planning: “We cannot rely on isolated projects; we need global technology plans that integrate companies, technology centers and universities”. He added: “Spain is today at the top of the European and world aeronautics industry, but to stay there we must have the right resources; otherwise, we run the risk of losing that leadership position”.

Ernesto also stressed the importance of designing to manufacture more efficiently and sustainably: “We must work on aircraft that are not only more economical to produce and operate, but also easier to maintain, because the cost of maintenance is as important as the cost of acquisition or fuel”.

At Fidamc we firmly believe that the future of the industry is built today, through a firm commitment to advanced technology, cooperation between agents and the development of projects that respond to global challenges. Participating in Industry Live 2025 has been a magnificent opportunity to share our vision, establish new ties and reaffirm our commitment to industrial progress.
