From 16 to 22 June, Fidamc will be present at the International Paris Air Show, one of the most important aeronautical fairs in the world. You will find us in the world. You will find us in the Spanish Pavilion, Hall 2A-2C, Mini stand G1, where we will share our advances in advanced manufacturing and our participation in key projects for the aerospace industry.
In this way, we will explaing to all those who to visit us how we develop advanced solutions for the aerospace industry, encompassing component design and development, functional demonstrator manufacturing and prototyping with short-run production capability. Our approach combines high-precision engineering, specialized materials and agile processes to accelerate validation and integration into complex systems.
Airbus SIRTAP: A milestone in unmanned aviation
One of the most outstanding projects we have worked on and which we will talk about at the fair is the Airbus SIRTAP, a high-performance remotely piloted system developed by Airbus Defence and Space Spain. This tactical UAV is designed for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions, with an autonomy of more than 20 hours of flight time and the capacity to operate in extreme conditions, from -40°C to 50°C.
Fidamc has participated in the manufacture of the fuselage, wings and empennage of this innovative system. We have already completed the first prototype and are in the process of developing the second, consolidating our expertise in advanced materials and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.
Cadiz Advanced Manufacturing Centre: Boosting aerospace technology
Another of the key topics to be addressed at the fair is the Cadiz Advanced Manufacturing Centre, a space dedicated to the research and development of cutting-edge technologies in the aerospace sector. This centre has become a benchmark for the optimisation of manufacturing processes, enabling the integration of composite materials and innovative techniques that improve the efficiency and quality of aeronautical products.
A key event for the industry
The Paris Air Show is more than a trade fair; it is the heart of aerospace innovation, where the industry's leading companies present their latest developments and technological advances. With a history dating back to 1909, this biennial event brings together thousands of exhibitors, visitors and experts from around the world, making it the key meeting point for the future of aviation. Le Bourget not only showcases cutting-edge aircraft, but also concludes strategic agreements, fosters partnerships and defines the trends that will shape the evolution of the industry in the years to come. We look forward to your visit!
