Fidamc will participate in FITEA 2025, the Forum for Innovation, Talent and Aerospace Education, to be held at TecnoGetafe (Madrid) from 29 to 31 October 2025. This event has established itself as a key date for the aerospace ecosystem, promoting connections between industry, technology centres, universities and young talent.
FITEA 2025 will bring together companies, institutions and start-ups from the aerospace sector to share technological advances, promote sustainability and explore new horizons in innovation and training. Over three days, the event will feature expert panels, pitching sessions, interactive workshops, hackathons and networking activities that will foster collaboration and talent development.
Research areas in composite materials
We will be present with a stand in Hall No. 13, where we will showcase the most notable lines of research and development in the field of composite materials. The stand will feature audiovisual material and informational resources on the centre's most innovative projects.
During the fair, representatives from Fidamc, including Laura Coloma, Cristina Alía, Juan Carlos Southwood and José Ángel Fernández, will participate in various activities, including speed recruiting and networking sessions aimed at strengthening collaboration with companies and attracting new talent.
The FITEA 2025 programme includes spaces dedicated to specialised recruitment, panels on sustainability and ethics in aerospace careers, as well as inspiring activities such as the ‘Ellas vuelan alto’ (Women Fly High) panel, the ‘Hazte piloto’ (Become a Pilot) workshop and the Hackathon Marte challenge, focused on innovation applied to space exploration.
Fidamc will actively participate in this multidisciplinary environment, reaffirming its commitment to applied research, technology transfer, and training future professionals in the aerospace sector.
