Areas to work in Fidamc

Thermosets
We analyse the advantages and disadvantages of thermoset materials, considering aspects such as load response, weight savings, recyclability, energy consumption during manufacture and properties achievable with different manufacturing processes.
Thermoplastics
The profiles we are looking for are industrial engineers, materials engineers, aeronautical engineers and others with skills in evaluating/working with CAD models of parts, defining tooling for manufacturing processes, determining/optimising manufacturing processes and knowledge of manufacturing with composite materials.


Next Gen
We are dedicated to innovation and development in three key areas: robotics, industrial digitalisation and advanced materials. Our aim is to drive technological transformation in industry.
Engineering
The activities carried out include product design and calculation and support to production engineering through programming and simulation of automatic taping processes, design and calculation of manufacturing tools and/or assembly of structures. The profiles we are looking for are product design engineers, structural engineers or graphic designers.


Laboratory / Quality
We carry out tests for the analysis of composite and polymeric materials using advanced physical-chemical and mechanical characterisation techniques, maintaining high quality standards. The profiles we are looking for are materials engineers, graduates in chemical sciences and laboratory technicians.
Production
Our role is to transform innovations and designs into tangible products that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include manufacturing and assembly and process optimisation.
