On September 27th, the Círculo de Bellas Artes became the epicenter of science and outreach during the celebrated Night of Researchers. This event, organized by the Madrimasd Foundation, brought together many children, young people, and adults for a day full of activities celebrating research and scientific curiosity.

From the early hours of the afternoon, the turnout was impressive. Entire families, students, and science enthusiasts gathered in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, where curiosity and learning merged into a unique experience. Among the various activities, Fidamc conducted a workshop where attendees could create their own carbon fiber keychain or magnet. This activity was not only entertaining but also brought the fascinating world of composites closer to society, highlighting the importance of these materials in today’s technology.

Participants, guided by FIDAMC staff, learned about the properties of carbon fiber and its applications across various industries. Interaction and creativity flourished as each person personalized their own object, fostering an environment of collaboration and enthusiasm for learning. The response from the public was overwhelmingly positive, reflecting a genuine interest in research and innovation.

As we close this chapter, we can only eagerly await the next edition, hoping that more and more people will join this celebration of research. Science is an exciting journey, and thanks to initiatives like this, an increasing number of citizens are encouraged to explore its wonders. Until the next Night of Researchers!
