Today we want to share with all of you an excellent news for our organization: Fidamc is an Official Collaborating Entity of the 2nd International Summit on Equality, Non-Discrimination and Diversity, to be held on November 28th, 2024 in Madrid.
This event of international relevance, which also coincides with the V National Congress on Equality, is a key space for reflection and debate on crucial issues such as the promotion of equality, inclusion and diversity, both in the workplace and in society in general. Throughout the meeting, experiences and best practices will be shared to help create more equitable and diverse environments in companies and organizations from different sectors.
In this edition of the Summit, one of the aspects gaining special relevance is the LGTBIQ+ Plan, which will be presented as a fundamental tool in collective bargaining processes. This plan seeks to ensure that equality and non-discrimination policies include measures that favor the inclusion of LGTBIQ+ people in the workplace, reinforcing the commitment of companies to sexual and gender diversity.
